This is a collaboration design with Sweet Siren, Mermaid’s Day & Miss Alice Meow.
An enamel pin approx. 3inches long with 2 pin backs and rubber stops.
First class packages within the United States take 3-5 business days for arrival, and international packages take business 2-3 weeks(or longer- depending on your country's customs inspection). Priority Mail within the United States takes 2-3 business days, and International Priority Mail takes 6-10 business days.
We ship via First Class USPS Mail unless otherwise selected.

Sweet Siren Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages for International Shipping, and not responsible for customs fees that are assessed in your country or if the items get stuck in customs.
Most of my items are now DTG (Direct to Garment) except for the jewelry & pin category- which means that as you order it, it gets printed and shipped to you.
I get samples of all of my items, but after I approve those--I don't see every single item that goes out after it's printed, as it is printed then shipped directly from the printing facility.
IF you have a damaged print, or unhappy with the way the item came out, please email me and send me photos so I can get you a replacement.
There are NO returns or exchanges on DTG, so please select your size and refer to the size charts provided!
We will give you store credit if you are absolutely unhappy about the item, and you will have to ship the item back to us before we can issue it.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your jewelry, you may return it within 15 days of purchase(international orders extended to 3 weeks from when the order was placed) for a product refund, minus shipping costs. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs as well.
There are no returns accepted on custom design orders and sale items.
If your merchandise arrives damaged, I will either refund you in full, or send you a replacement item. Please contact me for additional questions on returns or refunds.
If the item you wish to exchange is valued less than the new item, you must pay for the value difference.
